Just Chill!

Harness the power of herbs to stay cool this summer

Global warming is causing temperatures to soar, breaking new records every day. Excessive heat can cause dehydration, heat stroke, sweating, rashes, allergies and acne. Sweating helps keep our bodies cool and regulates our body temperature. However, excessive sweating can also lead to heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The first thing to do to keep your body cool is to drink plenty of water. Water keeps you hydrated and helps you fight the heat. Body heat on hot days can be regulated by carefully choosing cooling summer foods. Here are some herbs that can help keep you cool.

Neem

Although neem has a bitter taste, it is very effective in keeping your body cool. Drinking neem water or neem tea every day will also make your skin healthy.
